The exercise of your right of withdrawal is part of the framework defined by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Return Policy, accepted when validating your order. As a reminder: the period is 14 calendar days from receipt; products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, in packaging ensuring their protection; return costs remain your responsibility (except in case of error on our part); and certain products are excluded by law (personalized items, unsealed products for hygiene reasons, perishable products)
